Prices and booking information:
All prices are per week and include linen, towels, gas, electricity and water (central heating if applicable is extra):
17 May - 28 June                 € 1,200
28 June - 30 August            € 1,600 (minimum stay- two weeks)
30 August - 11 October      € 1,200
Other months                        € 1,000

Arrival / Departure:
Arrival is Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7.00 pm.
Departure is Saturday, not later than 10.00 am.

Booking Conditions:
Payment of rental and deposit:
50% within one week of making the booking. The booking is only confirmed after this down payment has been received.
50% plus deposit on arrival.

Not included in the rental prices are:
Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of euro 400, to be reimbursed within 8 weeks after departure in full or deducted for repairs or charges.
Telephone as per France Telecom itemised bill, which will be provided within 8 weeks after your stay.

Cancellation charges:
- If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
